The end of our USDAA season is always emotional, even though we will continue to see most of our competitors in other places through the fall and winter. Sunday was a lot emotional, and we don’t just mean the Masters/PIII/Vets gamble! We celebrated a birthday with our nice friend from Bermuda, Janice Moran. Continuing to see the good in the agility community we raised $354 for the flood victims in Baton Rouge!! Thank you everyone for participating.

We would like to thank our judges, all of our volunteers and our dedicated course builders, score people, worker coordinators, trailer mover, and especially those of you who came early to help us set up and stayed late to help us pack.

Join us for another fun-filled weekend of indoor, air-conditioned agility with great friends, great food and so much more. We’ll be at the Wide World of Indoor Sports in North Smithfield. We can’t wait to see you at our last agility trial of 2016!

September?? Wait, what?

Yep, that’s right. It’s already time to get your entries in for our September 9-11 USDAA trial in North Smithfield, Rhode Island. We’ll have some more great judges at a fantastic indoor location. The last time I went there for a flash mob, an agility trial broke out!! You never know.

This is our last USDAA trial of the year, let’s make it another good one full of laughs and great agility. And pretty good dancing. Entries close this week. Just do it already!!

Lots of thanks today. Our judges, Judy Reilly and Courtney Keys for providing us with fun courses and great attitudes. Our crew of dedicated workers who do the scorekeeping, build courses fast and accurately, coordinate all the volunteers, and our trial secretary who always keeps things straight.

Most of all our competitors for coming to our trials, working unselfishly, smiling, dancing, helping us make things better. Without your support we couldn’t rent a big air conditioned facility for weekends like this.

It’s going to be hot but we will be air-conditioned. And if you are hungry and bored on Saturday evening, please join us for a pot luck BBQ with the judges following the last class. We will be in the side or rear parking lot (follow your nose.) Bring a chair, something for yourself and something to share. We will have grills available. No need to be fancy, it’s not a Masters Challenge BBQ.

Last chance! Don’t miss Judy Reilly right in our own backyard (almost) for three days of USDAA inside on turf. It’s always a party.

The trial secretary is still on vacation and the mail person won’t tell her what day your entry arrived. Not too late to mail tomorrow. If you need a little more time we can send an anonymous tip and they can hold her up at the airport for a very thorough screening. Of her luggage. 😉

The entry for our August 12-14 USDAA trial in North Smithfield RI closes this Wednesday!!! Our trial secretary went on vacation so let’s welcome her back with a load of entry forms! She will be well-rested and ready to find pairs partners for everyone. Looking forward to Starters/Advanced judge Courtney Keys and an old favorite… I mean… a very young favorite Judy Reilly!!

Riverside’s August 12-14 USDAA trial is back in N. Smithfield RI. Air conditioning and wood-grilled pizza! We are offering lots of Intro for those of you who broke your dogs’ contacts at Regionals 🙂 Judges Judy Reilly and Courtney Keys, don’t miss it.
